Section 3 – Payment:

• In order to fulfill your Instructions, certain activities are undertaken by third parties under their own terms and conditions (“Third-Party Service Provider(s)”). You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of Third-Party Service Providers prior to placing any Instruction on the Service that would require the involvement of such Third-Party Service Provider.

Website Development:

• 75% of the Fees should be paid at the time of booking of the Website Development process.
• 25% of the Fees should be paid at the time of DNS Booking. Which activate Website Live.
• Payment is accepted by NEFT | IMPS | Net-banking | UPI.​
• Cash Payment will be accepted

Digital Marketing:

• Digital Marketing fees are payable within 10 Days.
• Any Other 3rd Party Software or Script Installation required advance fees for booking.

Section 4 – Refund:

• There will be no refund in the case of Website Development. Website Development uses 3rd party support and payment to 3rd parties like Google Space, DNS, SSL, and others booked at the time of purchasing.​

Section 5 – Time Required for Website:

• To develop any Websites any firm required time or TAT Turnaround time.
• At the time of Development, we may inform you of the TAT time for completing the project.
• Proper information should be given at the time of the 1st Payment.

Section 6 – Our Credits On Footer:

• We Apply for our Credits on the footer due to we are the creator. We required reviews to upgrade our knowledge.
• “Designed & Developed By DigiTechMahi” with our Home Page link.
• To Purchase DNS – DigiTechMahi Digital Marketing Agency acts as an intermediator or Agent and 1st Ownership of DNS. Because we Provide Services, Support, and configuration.
• Support and Services are managed by DigiTechMahi Digital Marketing Agency as We are IT Firm.

Section 7 – Website Ownership:

• We do not deliver the ownership of website HTML Script to customers.
• Ownership of any Website will be with DigiTechMahi Digital Marketing Agency. If any Consumer required Ownership of the Website – A large amount of Charge applies.​

Section 8 – Renew Policy:

• If the Renew of Website and DNS failed, we are not responsible for DNS. In this case, if any other may purchase.
